CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect Policy

To place a Click & Collect order, select your items from our online shop and add these to your shopping list and submit your order form to us. You will receive two emails.

  1. The first one is to let you know we have received your order.

  2. The second one is advise you that your order is ready for collection at our shop.

Orders will be ready for collection during shop opening hours. When you are ready to collect, please bring your Ready for Collection email to the store to receive your order. This email can be printed or presented on a smartphone or tablet. Your order will be held and available for 2 days following the date of order. We cannot hold orders longer than this. Once this time expires your order will be cancelled.

Please do not travel to our shop until you have received an email from us confirming that we have reserved your chosen item(s). You cannot collect your order before receiving this email. Before you travel to our shop, please ensure you have the following:

  1. Your email confirmation from us.

  2. A method of payment (debit card / credit cash / cash / cheque).

 

If you order a large or heavy item, please ensure you have the means to easily collect the item.

Customers should only visit the shop if they have a Ready for Collection email. When visiting our shop, please wear a face covering and respect social distancing.

Return & Exchange Policy

Simply return your unwanted item within 28 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition.

All returns must be accompanied by a valid The Little Ginger Bee Company receipt. If you are returning the goods by post or courier, you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress. Once the unwanted item is received back to our shop it will be checked and if it meets our return policy conditions we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item. You should receive notification of your refund within 5 working days after your parcel has been returned. If you have not received notification of your refund within 5 working days, please contact us.

Damaged Items

We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged, please refuse the delivery. Where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.

You can return items ordered online at our shop - please call 01473 XXXXXX to arrange a suitable time to visit. In all instances, items will be inspected and if confirmed as damaged we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/refund).

If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we will be unable to offer a replacement or a refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute.
